1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

• "Bonus" refers to any promotional funds, free bets, cashback, or other incentives credited to a User's Account subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process requiring Users to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and other documentation to verify their identity and age.
• "Indonesian Rupiah" or "IDR" or "Rp" refers to the official currency of Indonesia, which is the primary currency used for all transactions on koin44.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use koin44 services. This age requirement applies regardless of the legal gambling age in your specific jurisdiction. We enforce this higher age threshold as a responsible gaming measure to ensure mature participation. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

koin44 is designed primarily for residents of Indonesia. While we welcome international players from jurisdictions where online gambling is legal, Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws applicable in their country, state, province, or territory of residence. koin44 does not hold a license issued by the Indonesian government, and online gambling exists in a regulatory grey area under Indonesian law. By using our Services, you acknowledge this legal status and assume full responsibility for compliance with local regulations.

Users are prohibited from accessing koin44 from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly illegal or where our Services violate local law. Prohibited territories include but are not limited to: United States of America, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Australia, Singapore, and any country or territory subject to international sanctions. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate Accounts from any jurisdiction at our discretion.

2.3 Capacity and Authority

You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with koin44, that you are not legally prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, and that you are not registered with any self-exclusion program or gambling prohibition registry. You further warrant that all information provided during registration and Account use is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination without refund.

2.4 Single Account Requirement

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with koin44. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. If we discover that you hold multiple Accounts, we reserve the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all bets placed through such Accounts, and confiscate any funds or winnings associated with those Accounts. The original verified Account may be retained at our discretion.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

To use koin44 Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred username and password. You must also create security questions and answers for Account recovery purposes. All information must be true, current, and verifiable.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

koin44 is required by international gaming regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) laws to verify the identity of all Account holders. You will be required to submit copies of government-issued identification documents such as Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or driver's license showing your full name, photograph, date of birth, and signature. Additional documentation may be requested including proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) and proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement, e-wallet screenshot). Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of Account opening will result in Account suspension until verification is completed. We reserve the right to request updated verification documents at any time.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials including username, password, and security questions. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify koin44 customer support if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, unless you can demonstrate that such activity resulted from our negligence or system failure.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for enhanced security. We may implement mandatory 2FA for high-value withdrawals or other sensitive Account operations.

3.4 Account Suspension and Termination

koin44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons: violation of these Terms and Conditions; fraudulent activity or suspected fraud; multiple Account creation; providing false or misleading information; money laundering or other illegal activity; underage gambling; chargebacks or payment disputes; abusive behavior toward staff or other Users; bonus abuse or exploitation; use of automated betting systems or bots; collusion with other players; or any conduct we deem harmful to koin44, other Users, or the integrity of our Services.

Upon Account termination for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited, pending bets may be voided, and you may be permanently banned from creating new Accounts. If your Account is closed in good standing at your request, we will process withdrawal of your remaining balance subject to standard withdrawal procedures and any applicable wagering requirements.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

koin44 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: major banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia); and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 25,000 to Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits are set per transaction and per day for responsible gaming purposes and may be adjusted at our discretion.

Deposits are typically processed instantly for bank transfers during banking hours and e-wallet transactions. Deposits made outside banking hours may experience delays until the next business day. koin44 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures

You may request withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification, fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and standard withdrawal processing procedures. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. If the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal, alternative methods may be approved at our discretion.

Minimum withdrawal amounts are typically Rp 50,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-24 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays such as Indonesian Independence Day, Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Christmas). Withdrawals requested on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. koin44 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your receiving bank or payment provider may impose receiving charges.

4.3 Verification and Anti-Money Laundering

First-time withdrawal requests require completion of full KYC verification including submission of identification documents and proof of payment method ownership. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information for large withdrawals, suspicious activity, or random security audits. Failure to provide requested verification will result in withdrawal delays and potential Account suspension.

koin44 complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) and combating the financing of terrorism (CFT) standards. We monitor all transactions for suspicious patterns. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal (1x turnover requirement) to prevent the platform from being used for money laundering. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be frozen pending investigation and reported to relevant authorities if necessary.

4.4 Payment Method Ownership

All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name and under your direct ownership and control. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. You may not use payment methods belonging to family members, friends, employers, or any other third party. Deposits from unverified or third-party payment sources will be refunded minus processing fees, and your Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

koin44 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, free bets, and loyalty program benefits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are disclosed at the time of offer. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called playthrough or rollover requirements) that specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount before any winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 3,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal eligibility. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%. 5.3 Bonus Restrictions

5.5 Promotional Modifications

koin44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We may also exclude individual Users from certain promotions at our discretion. In cases of promotional errors (such as incorrect bonus amounts or terms displayed due to technical glitches), we reserve the right to correct such errors retroactively and adjust Account balances accordingly.

6. Betting Rules and Conduct

6.1 Bet Placement and Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by koin44. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, technical errors, obvious pricing mistakes, or bets that exceed our maximum liability limits. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or voided except in cases of obvious error or event cancellation as described in our specific sports betting rules.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Bet types include Asian Handicap (Voor), Over/Under, Mix Parlay, 1X2, BTTS (Both Teams To Score), and various specialty markets.

In the event of match postponement, bets typically remain valid if the match is rescheduled within 48 hours; otherwise bets are voided and stakes refunded. If a match is abandoned after kickoff, settlement rules vary by bet type and are detailed in our comprehensive sports betting rules. For live in-play betting, we reserve the right to suspend markets, adjust odds, or void bets if there is suspicion of manipulation, delayed streaming, or unfair information advantage.

6.3 Casino and Slot Rules

All casino games and slot machines use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of proven technical malfunction. In the event of a technical error or system malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded. 6.5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account termination and fund forfeiture:

• Use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or software to place bets
• Collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes or exploit the system
• Arbitrage betting or using insider information to gain unfair advantage
• Exploiting technical glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities in our platform
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward koin44 staff or other Users
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or dishonest conduct

7. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Service Availability

While koin44 strives to provide uninterrupted service 24/7, we do not guarantee continuous, error-free, or secure access to our platform. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, server failures, network disruptions, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions, and we reserve the right to suspend or modify Services without prior notice.

7.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

koin44 Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our platform will be error-free, virus-free, or that defects will be corrected. You use our Services at your own risk.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, koin44 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount of your Account balance at the time of the claim or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

7.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless koin44 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of our Services, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your Account.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which koin44 is licensed and regulated, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using koin44 Services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services.

8.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or your use of koin44 Services, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt informal resolution.
